...A quite interesting post like the previous ones. <br />If one believes the Cipher Manuscripts (and the Sprengel letters) to be real, then there has to be an older version of the Manuscript and it would be interesting to know in which form it was written and coded. If I understand the Sprengel letters correctly, then, according to these letters, the Manuscript (or rather a document with the content of the cipher MS) was given to Eliphas Levi, a Frenchman, by the German Order. It seems pretty unlikely to me that such a document was written in or to be deciphered into English. Now, assuming that the mentioned documents are real, who knows in how far the "original” document, to be deciphered into German or French (or Latin or Hebrew….or ancient Sumerian?), was translated and re-ciphered correctly when being transferred into English. Having said that, I believe that the age of the Cipher MS as we know it seems less relevant since it may not be the “original” source of its content. However, a sincere examination of the originals (the same goes for the Sprengel letters) is overdue, taking the importance of said documents and all the fuss related to them into consideration. And one can only speculate why this never happened so far.Solitary Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07563919720083699683noreply@blogger.com
