31 Days of Halloween Kitties Day 27

Vampire? Wizard? Annoyed cat?
I am not sure what this cat is dressed up as. Perhaps they are a wizard? Or maybe a vampire? Fairy tale princess? Annoyed cat? Probably the latter. Someone please send a rescue party to save this poor cat from its owners.
