Monster with no name (Halloween Kitty)

Exactly what am I supposed to be?
Here is a mystery---I have absolutely no clue what this Halloween Kitty is dressed up as. It is a cute costume; I am guessing of some type of monster, but what type I have no idea. The cat looks a little unhappy. I wonder if the cat knows what it is supposed to be.

    It kind of looks like something out of "Where the Wild Things Are." But my youngest is 34, so it's been a while since I read that book.
