Yes, it is another Photoshopped picture of a Halloween Kitty. I honestly think that it is pretty neat the things that people can accomplish with Photoshop, especially considering the best I can do is to put a yellow smiling face on people. Seriously, imagine trying to get a cat in an actual wet suit, complete with flippers, goggles, and air tank--you would so land in the emergency room.
